First, of all, we moved!! We just moved a few miles down the road and have been in our new house since June 9th. I'm loving the extra room and stairs to climb! We'll post some of those pics. soon.
I'm quite the toddler these days. I've finally mastered walking back in May, and I love my new found independence of walking and standing up where ever I want to. I'm just happy with myself.
I want to be outside ALL the time! I love flowers, bees, walking on the sidewalk and watching Daddy mow the lawn. Here I am at Grandma's house by her flowers, about to start digging.
I've been spending some time at the pool! I wasn't so sure about the pool a few weeks ago, but now I'm coming around. For Father's Day we spent the afternoon at the pool with all my favorite Fathers and Grandfathers. Uncle Bubs lured me into the water with this crazy pink ball.
Grandpa and Daddy were relaxing and eating in the shade.
Once I got warmed up, I realized this pool thing could be fun, so I let everyone toss me back and forth. I loved it!!!! Aunt Rachel did most of the launching, but we don't have a picture (sorry Rach!).
Then I took a break and relaxed on a raft with Grandma.
Of course I love that the pool had steps too, just like my house! Grampy was kind enough to spot me as I got in and out over and over.
It was soooo bright, so Mommy let me wear her sunglasses in the pool.
The afternoon ended with a leisurly boat ride around the shallow end, by my beautiful tour guide, Aunt Danielle.
I didn't want it to end, so it went on for quite a while. Aunt Danielle was very patient.
Still going....
You know it was a good day at the pool when your feet look this pruny! Well, thanks for letting us get caught up. I'm going to stay on top of Mom to keep this blog more up to date. Hope your June has been as great as ours!
