My dad really wanted a big Christmas tree this year, so even though this blog is typcially about me, we had to document this gigantic tree. The pictures don't do it justice, but here it is!
My dad and Poppy sawing the sides of the trunk so it could fit in our stand. YIKES!
Uncle John and my dad's two cousins, Dave and Mike came to help as well. We needed it!
The boys taking a break and I was happy to entertain.
Dad and Poppy had to extend the stand with wood in order to balance the tree since it was SO tall.
Not a great picture, but you can see how tall this tree was, AND that we did get it decorated. It was a beautiful tree, but next year we think we'll go for something smaller :)
