December

December was a busy month for our family with lots of fun activities.  Since I obviously got behind in posting pictures, we are just doing one big blog post with all of our December happenings. First,  Ian went to Poppy's church for a pancake breakfast, visit with Santa and live nativity with real animals!  He wasn't so sure about Santa, but he loved all the other activities.

Then Ian went to the mall for his annual Christmas train ride!

We've also spent a lot of time just hanging out in our pajamas here at the house.  There is all sorts of fun stuff to do like dress up like Daddy.

Elle is getting bigger each day and smiling more frequently.  Finally some affirmation for all our hard work !  Yay!

 All the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day festivities were at our house this year, which made things easy and fun for us.  We had both families for opening presents and all the meals.  It was a fun, family-filled couple of days.



We are so thankful for the many blessings we experienced in 2011, especially the birth of our sweet girl.  We are looking forward to seeing all the God has in store for our family in the coming year!
